Product quality & documentation
7What does Research Use Only mean?
Research Use Only means the material is supplied strictly for lawful laboratory, analytical and research purposes. It is not a medicinal product, is not approved for human or veterinary use, and is not for consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or any in vivo application.
Do you provide a certificate of analysis?
Yes. A certificate is issued per compound and sent on request. Ask by compound name. Where the COA library shows Pending, testing for that compound is still in progress and the certificate is sent as soon as it is issued. The lot reference on the dispatch note in your parcel and in your order history ties your vial to the batch it came from.
What does the lot reference actually do?
It ties the vial you received to the batch it came from. If you want to know months later exactly which material you had, the reference on your dispatch note and in your order history answers it.
How is purity measured?
Purity is verified by HPLC and identity by mass spectrometry, per compound, by Janoshik, an independent third-party laboratory. The result for your compound is on its certificate of analysis.
Why are some products sold out?
Every product listed is one we hold in stock. When a compound sells out it stays visible as Sold Out and cannot be ordered until stock arrives. We do not take backorders.
How do restock alerts work?
Tick "Email me new compounds and restocks" when you create an account, or subscribe in the footer. We email when a compound is back or a new one is added. There is no per-product alert.
Why do peptides differ in appearance?
Lyophilised material can arrive as a solid puck, smaller pieces, powder, a thin film, or material on the vial wall. The difference comes from how the batch froze and dried and says nothing about the amount, identity or purity. The certificate of analysis for the compound does. If the vial or seal looks compromised, email support before opening.
Ordering & shipping
11How do I place an order?
Choose the compound, select the size or option, add it to the cart and complete checkout with your billing, shipping and payment details.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Every order ships within 24 hours of payment, tracked, from inside the EU. Most EU destinations arrive within a few working days.
Do you send products discreetly?
Yes. Orders ship in plain outer packaging with nothing describing the contents. The carrier label is the only thing on the outside. Product identity stays on the vials inside; the lot reference is on the dispatch note.
Can I return something?
Sealed vials can be returned within 14 days. Once a seal is broken we can't accept a return, for obvious reasons.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Not at the moment. We dispatch within the European Union only.
How do I pay?
Payment options are available at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and checkout email. A change or cancellation can only be made before the order is packed. If a refund is due after a cancellation, it goes back to the original payment method under the Refund Policy.
I placed an order and have no confirmation email. What should I do?
Check the email address you entered at checkout, then your spam and filtered folders, and allow a few minutes. The order also appears in My Account if you have one. If it is still missing, email [email protected] with your name, checkout email and approximate order time. Do not place a second order until we have checked the first.
Can I get a refund if my product was damaged in transit?
Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the outer parcel, the label and the damage, and keep everything until we reply. Do not return or refuse the parcel before we confirm. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded under the Refund Policy.
How can I stay updated on discount codes?
Subscribe in the footer. Catalogue updates, new compounds and limited-time discounts go out by email, nothing else.
What should I include when contacting support?
Your order number, the checkout email, the compound name, the lot reference from your dispatch note if it is relevant, and a clear description of the question.
Storage & handling
2How should I store what arrives?
Lyophilised material keeps at 2–8°C, away from light.
Do peptides need to be kept cold during transit?
Lyophilised material is prepared for normal parcel transit. A short period at room temperature during delivery or handling does not by itself compromise a sealed vial, but return it to 2–8°C as soon as possible and avoid repeated temperature swings. Keep the parcel out of direct sunlight and heat once it arrives. If the package arrived damaged or looks to have had unusual exposure, email support within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your lot reference.
