All products sold on this Site are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use only.

FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY / NOT FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL CONSUMPTION

This wording appears on every product page, on every product label, and at checkout. It is not a formality. It is the basis on which these products are legally supplied and the basis on which you agree to receive them.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that: you are purchasing solely for legitimate laboratory, analytical, or research purposes carried out by a qualified individual, institution, or organisation; you will not ingest, inject, inhale, apply to skin, or otherwise introduce any product into a human or animal body, and you will not supply, resell, or distribute any product for such use by anyone else; you will not rely on any content on this Site, including product descriptions, specification tables, or marketing copy, as medical, dosing, or health advice; you are solely responsible for determining that your intended use is lawful in your jurisdiction, and for obtaining any permits, licences, or institutional approvals your jurisdiction or organisation requires before handling any research chemical; and you have the technical competence, training, and facilities appropriate to handle laboratory chemicals safely, and you accept all risk associated with storage, handling, and disposal.

We do not make, and nothing on this Site should be read as, any claim about safety, efficacy, or suitability of any product for human or animal use. Products are not drugs, medicines, dietary supplements, or cosmetics, and are not evaluated or approved as such by any medicines regulator.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse any order where we reasonably believe it is intended for human or animal consumption, resale as a consumable, or any use inconsistent with this section, without liability to you.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country of residence if higher, and acting in a professional, institutional, or research capacity to place an order. We may request confirmation of this at any time and may cancel orders where we cannot verify it.

Product descriptions, specifications, including CAS number, molecular formula, molecular weight, and analytical data where shown, and images are provided for identification purposes only and are sourced from public chemical databases or supplier documentation, cited where shown. We do not warrant that any product is fit for a particular research purpose.

Prices are shown in EUR and include any applicable VAT. The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay. Prices may change without notice; the price charged is the price shown at the time your order is placed. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock, where pricing was displayed in error, or where the Research Use Only section above applies. An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. An order paid by bank transfer is confirmed once your payment has been received, and an order not paid within 3 working days is cancelled.

We ship to EU member states only. Every order is sent on a tracked service. Orders ship within 24 hours of payment being received on a working day; a payment received on a weekend or public holiday ships the next working day. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If you are a consumer ordering from within the EU, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from your order without giving a reason, starting from the day you or a third party you nominate receive the goods, under Directive 2011/83/EU. This right does not apply once a product's protective seal has been broken after delivery, where the seal exists for health or hygiene reasons (Article 16(e) of the same Directive). In addition to the Research Use Only section above, you may not use the Site to: violate any applicable law; infringe our or any third party's intellectual property; submit false or misleading information; or attempt to interfere with the Site's security or normal operation.

The Site and all products are provided "as is" for research use only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties other than those that cannot be excluded under EU consumer law, and our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the price paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any use of a product outside the Research Use Only scope above, including any use in or on a human or animal body, however that use arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, loss, or liability arising from your breach of the Research Use Only or Eligibility sections above, or from any use of a product inconsistent with these Terms.

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your own country of residence that these Terms cannot override, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts as EU consumer law permits.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on the Site at the time of your order.
